About Us

The Red Bank Chocolate Shoppe is owned and operated by Amy Berry. Amy has been working in a shop like hers ever since she was a young girl. She spent many days working at the Third Avenue Chocolate Shoppe in Spring Lake, New Jersey for Matthew Magyar. This is where Amy first fell in love with the candy business and the possibility that someday she would have her very own candy store.

Besides her time at the Third Avenue Chocolate Shoppe, Amy has also studied at the highly acclaimed Richardson Researches school located in Northern California. All this was in preparation for when the time would come for her to open her own store. And in June of 2000 the time had arrived!

The Red Bank Chocolate Shoppe opened its doors for business in June of 2000 in downtown Red Bank, New Jersey. Since then Amy has been making her handmade chocolates for what has become a very loyal customer base in the Monmouth County area.
